At Kilt Society™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your highland wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that kilts are folded correctly to prevent permanent creasing during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
